Buddhist Vajra Master Lian Tzi is
currently the only teacher of Golden Mother Yoga in the world. This
unique form of Yoga was transmitted by Taoism's Golden Mother (the
highest diety in Toaism) directly to Master Lian Tzi, to be shared
with the people in this world.
This gentle Chi (“life energy”)
yoga provides a complete physical and inner body workout. It is
suitable for people of all ages and every fitness level. It is
taught in 3 levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Thousands
of students from all over the world are now practicing this yoga and
are delighted by the results.

Golden Mother Yoga Class
All students start with the basic
fundamentals and progress at their own pace. The classes are
conducted in small groups to maximize student/instructor
