Thank you Burnaby Palace Restaurant Sponsors LLCS August 2018 Hotmeal for Homeless Program
The Lotus Light Charity Society would like to extend its sincere thanks to Wilson and his Burnaby Palace Restaurant (on Boundary Road) for sponsoring our August Hot Meals for the Homeless program.
Wilson donated sweet and sour pork, fried rice noodles, fried rice, and stewed vegetables for the program. The freshly-made food was picked up and delivered straight to Oppenheimer Park, where a long line of Chinese food-loving residents awaited LLCS volunteers for their free meal.
This is Wilson’s second year committing to support the Downtown Eastside community and helping those in need. Thank you very much, Wilson, for your compassion to stop hunger!
