On Saturday, September 29, a very healthy vegetarian lunch was donated by Candy’s Po Kong Vegetarian Restaurant (on Kingsway) to support the Lotus Light Charity Society’s Hot Meals for the Homeless program.
The delicious lunch included fried rice, fried noodles, sweet and sour tofu, mushrooms, and mixed vegetables served with plain rice. 
The LLCS would like to thank Candy, from Po Kong, for supporting the LLCS for the second year in a row. The LLCS also extends its gratitude to the volunteers who join our regular monthly program sponsored by various Chinese restaurants across the lower mainland.
