LLCS Sent out Care Packages to Aboriginal Shelter in DTES

Jan 23, 2021

Environment Canada has issued snow warning: Snowfall with total accumulation of 5 to 15 cm across B.C. south coast from tonight to Sunday afternoon. Cities across metro Vancouver are sending out extreme weather alert, opening warm centers and emergency shelters while Vancouverites are preparing for the first snow this winter.

Lotus Light Charity Society Volunteers immediately sent out Winter Care Packages to the Aboriginal Shelter in Downtown Eastside Vancouver. Shelter staff Jackie expressed their thanks to Lotus Light’s help in the special time.
