2012 Lotus Light Scholarship Presentation and Rice Donation to Food Bank
On Saturday, July 14, 2012, Ltus Light Charity Society Vancouver has held the annual scholarship presentation and Rice donation to the greater Vancouver Food Bank Society in Lotus Light (Hao Ran) Monastery in Richmond, BC. A BBQ party was held in the beautify garden of Lotus Light Monastery after presentation.
VIPs attended the presentation: Vajra Master Lian Tzi of Lotus Light Charity Society and presiding Master of Lotus Light Monastery, Dr. Kerry Jang, City Councillor of Vancouver, Ms. Shelly Nizar, Special Event Manger, the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society, Dr. Floyd Wong, Advisor of Lotus Light Charity Society Vancouver and Director of Glitter Woods Investments Ltd, and scholarship recipients and their families.
