LLCS Food Recovery Program
LLCS Food Recovery Program has been running almost ten years, starting with weekly bread pickup from a North Van bakery. Most recently, through collaboration with FoodMesh Network and FoodRescue Network, the program has delivered thousands of pounds of food to inner-city school children, families, seniors and homeless each month in partnership with local food producers, distributors and community agencies.

The program delivers over 1,200 lbs grocery foods each month to Belkin House Shelter. Just in this month, a recent delivery of 8 pallets premium French foods to Belkin House worth more than $90,000.
