On Dec 17, 2015, Vancouver City Councillor Kerry Jang and Lotus Light Charity Society (LLCS) volunteers delivered care package to the Vancouver HEAT Shelter located on 1648 East 1st Street.
The shelter opens 24 hours and provides 50 beds to men and women, is one of the four HEAT shelters opened by City of Vancouver, and opperated by RainCity Housing and Support Society.
LLCS Volunteers also delivered Winter Charity Drive 2015 Care Package to another HEAT shelter located at 134 E Cordova St. operated by Salvation Army.
