Thanks to Ferry Market, Ken’s Chines Restaurant and Kent’s Kitchen Chinese Food(Chinatown) sponsoring this month’s Lotus Light Charity Society Hot Meal for Homeless event!

Each month throughout the year, LLCS volunteers distribute much needed hot meals to over two hundred homeless and impoverished individuals in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside (DTES) Oppenheimer Park to help this “Canada’s poorest postal code” community. However, we rely on the generosity of local restaurants to help make sure this can happen each month.
