Lotus Light Supports BC Flood Relief Efforts
Lotus Light Charity Society (Vancouver) is emergency fundraising collections to support the BC Flood & Extreme Weather Appeal launched by The Canadian Red Cross. The recent multiples storms and flooding, mudslides have forced major B.C. highway closures, thousands of residents been displaced and property damaged. Lotus Light has setup online donation to raise urgent fund to support Canadian Red Cross’ campaign.
“We stand in support of all communities affected by BC Flooding and Extreme Weather and The Canadian Red Cross who are working at the front lines of this sustained state of emergency,” said Master LIan Tzi, President of Lotus Light Charity Society. “We simply need to help our fellow British Columbians during this difficult time.”
All proceeds will be 100% directed to The Canadian Red Cross. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for any donations $20 and over. We accept donations by cheque or credit card online (through PayPal) at http://www.vllcs.org/en/donation/.
