Winter Charity Drive 2023: Act Now to Sponsor New Sleeping Bags and Care Packages!

Winter Charity Drive 2023: Act Now to Sponsor a Care Package!

Lotus Light Charity Society is pleased to announce its upcoming annual Winter Charity Drive, set just before Christmas on December 16. 2023. Due to the ongoing inflation crisis, it has become increasingly challenging for the homeless population to receive donations for essential winter supplies like hats, gloves, warm clothing, scarves, and food; Lotus Light is actively seeking donations of these essential items and monetary donations to help the local homeless population cope with the upcoming cold months.

Since 1995, Lotus Light’s annual Winter Charity Drive has been an important source of aid for the vulnerable homeless population, and delivers an equally important message that their struggles are not to be ignored and forgotten.

LLCS’s Annual Winter Charity Drive 2023 works with our community partners: Vancouver Police Department’s Homeless Outreach Program, BC Ambulance Service and City of Vancouver Temporary Shelter Program and other organizations to  distribute winter emergency care packages to Vancouver’s street homeless during the winter months.

To any corporations, companies, and individuals who would like to support this event in the form of monetary or in-kind donations can visit our website at www.vllcs.org or contact us at Tel: 604-685-5548, Email: llcsvancouver@gmail.com. The Lotus Light Charity Society is a registered charitable organization with registration number BN 14110-4893-RR0001. All your donations are for a good cause!

Daniel thanks Lotus Light for the sleeping bag.
