The 2011 Lotus Light Charity Scholarship Award Ceremony is held on July 31, 2011. Six scholarship recipients and their family attended the award ceremony.
The Lotus Light Charity Society’s annual scholarship program has recognized some of our brightest and most community-conscious students since 1993. This year we had nearly 250 students throughout the country apply for the scholarship. 11 bright students have been awarded after careful evaluation. The majority of this year’s scholarship recipients have a grade point average of 4.0 or better.
