On May 28, 2020 the Vancouver branch of the Lotus Light Charity Society (Llcs Vancouver) distributed an astonishing 1500 hampers to families and individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the parking lot of the Pink Pearl Restaurant.
Since late April to May 28, 2020, the Vancouver branch of the Lotus Light Charity Society (Llcs Vancouver) with the generous donations from: Discovery Organics, Fresh Direct, Fresh Point, Produce Terminal and Van-Whole Wholesale, and the Real Canadian Superstore (Grandview Highway), along with supports from volunteers from the Strathcona Community Policing Centre and Lotus Light Charity Society, the Charity have distributed an astonishing total of 3500 hampers (enough for two weeks) to families (a family of four) and individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the parking lot of the Pink Pearl Restaurant.

Due to the reopening of the Pink Pearl Restaurant we are moving to a new location: the parking lot of the Britannia Community Centre (1661 Napier Street, Vancouver) on the following dates for distributions:
