Thank You Pink Pearl Sponsors LLCS April 2018 Hot Meals for the Homeless Program
The Lotus Light Charity Society (LLCS) would like to extend its sincere thanks to the Pink Pearl Chinese Restaurant for supporting the charity’s April Hot Meals for the Homeless Program. The restaurant donated a large quantity of delicious Chinese style lunch boxes to be distributed at Oppenheimer Park.
On April 28, 2018, LLCS volunteers went to Oppenheimer Park to distribute the free lunch boxes that were donated by the restaurant. Some recipients of the warm lunch were homeless residents, impoverished children, and impoverished seniors living in the Downtown Eastside area.
